Monthly Message Support ♡

Our monthly message support is available for all families who are looking for a little extra ongoing support - Whether you're following up after receiving your sleep plan and/or unlimited text support, or if you're simply needing the occasional question answered throughout the month ♡

Please note: Our monthly message support is not the same as our unlimited text support, which provides you with unlimited support, guidance, and priority responses throughout the day for 1 or 2 weeks. 

In contrast, our monthly message support includes:

• Limited to one response per question, per day (including weekends + public holidays!)
• Response provided within 24 hours
• No priority over families receiving unlimited text support
• No queues or waitlists - your support starts when you’re ready ♡

While our monthly message support provides ongoing guidance and support, it is not a substitute for our tailored consultations or unlimited text support. If you haven’t had a phone, email, or in-home consultation with us before, a one-time $10.00 AUD fee will be required before your monthly message support begins. This covers the completion and review of our comprehensive intake form, enabling us to have a holistic overview of your baby's entire routine, sleeping environment, sleep associations, feed and sleep schedules, and any other factors that may be affecting their sleep. This helps us to accurately identify and pinpoint the root cause and provide the most effective sleep support ♡

Please be aware:

• This is not a substitute for unlimited text support. Only one response per question will be provided each day, and any follow-up questions will be answered the following day.
• In some cases, we may recommend upgrading to a tailored sleep plan or unlimited text support should your questions or concerns be more in-depth than originally anticipated, or if you require more frequent communication within the same day. This ensures you receive the best possible support for you and your family.
• Your monthly message support will start from the day of your first message and continue for one calendar month.
• Your support does not renew automatically - if you would like to continue after one month, you can simply renew it when you're ready ♡
