While there is no shortage of sleep consultants out there, we take pride in our firsthand experience and unwavering commitment to delivering a holistic approach. We couldn’t believe it when we discovered that in Australia, anyone can become a baby sleep consultant without any formal certification! Not only are we certified, but Ash brings additional experience as a former emergency and perioperative nurse, as well as being a FT SAHM to two boys.

Ash’s journey into holistic care began when her first baby was ready to start solids. This lead her down the path of reading labels and exploring organic natural food sources which was unbeknown to her previously.

She thought she had it all figured out when her second baby was born, but unfortunately, she was thrown a curve ball! He turned out to be the polar opposite not only in his sleep (terrible!) but also in his skin type, which was prone to eczema. This led Ash down the path of researching organic clothing, bedding, and natural skincare products, seeking alternatives to steroid ointments and products after finding no relief from mainstream creams, which only exacerbated his eczema.

Over a long period of 18 months and being told by numerous healthcare professionals that the only solution to treat his eczema was to resort to topical steroids, this never sat right with her. Surely there was another way to treat eczema from the inside out, without the need to eliminate dairy or constantly apply steroids during flare-ups, right?! This is where we found a huge gap in the healthcare system. Even dermatologists reiterated the safety of prolonged steroid use.

We do not use any disguised cry-it-out methods and only endorse gentle settling techniques that allow you to choose what YOU feel the most comfortable with and what aligns best for both you and your baby's temperament.
