Our home consultations provide an opportunity to cover any questions or concerns that you may have before implementing your sleep plan and chosen settling method. 

Our tailored sleep plan addresses your specific sleep concerns while providing a step-by-step guide on your chosen settling technique and alternative strategies for when and if things go pear-shaped! Our home consultations also encompass nutrition, your baby’s health, temperament, and sleep environment, all while offering 1-2 weeks unlimited text support.
