A little about me as your baby sleep consultant 🩷
🌸 I’m a FT SAHM and you’ll find me in my dressing gown and slippers 99.9% of the time 👵🏻
🌸 Initially, I had planned to return to work six months postpartum with our first son, Noah. However, being a nurse in the Emergency Department 🚑, it was deemed too high risk to return in 2021 when I was pregnant with Theo. As a result, I have been a FT SAHM since going on maternity leave with Noah🤰🏻
🌸 Our boys are 16 months apart in age - So to anyone juggling two under two, I am here with you! Managing two boisterous boys is not for the faint hearted! 😮💨
🌸 Theo suffered with undiagnosed silent reflux and eczema, which took nearly 18 months to resolve 😥. As you can imagine, he was a terrible sleeper during this time, which heavily impacted my mental health and was subsequently one of the main drivers for becoming a baby sleep consultant 😴. I am passionate about supporting you so that you don’t face the same challenges I did postpartum, as I know firsthand that if your baby isn’t sleeping well, neither are you, and how this can in-turn take a toll on you and your own mental health and well-being 😣
🌸 Because of Theo’s eczema, we began our journey toward low-tox living and all things natural 🌿. This is why I am passionate about advocating low-tox alternatives that not only improve your baby’s sleep but their overall health and well-being too 🥰.
